Summary:

High-Piled Storage Permitting – What You Need to Know

Mobile area local authorities are actively enforcing high-piled storage permitting requirements that have historically gone largely unaddressed. This presentation will provide an overview of high-piled storage regulations as outlined in the applicable codes and local ordinances, clarify when permits are required, and discuss the implications for existing and new facilities. The session will also highlight common compliance challenges, coordination with AHJs, and practical considerations for engineers assisting clients in navigating newly enforced requirements.
