Registration

  • Receives recognition during Breakfast as a "Coffee Sponsor"

  • Sponsor a 1-hour Commercial Presentation. May promote product, service, etc.
  • ~10'-0"x10'-0" space on floor for vendor display. Power supply available on request. No table or furniture included. Vendor may request to bring outdoor equipment for training or show (space limited).

If you would like to register to attend the tradeshow, we thank you! We plan to open registration for attendees May 30, 2025. This registration is ONLY for:

  • Company sponsorships for Vendor Spaces ($500) and 
      - and- 
  • Speaker Applications for Presentations ($750)

Note that if you are not already registered as a member with CGC, during your registration you should likely choose "Friend of CGC" (a no-cost, no obligation membership) as your membership type.

The Central Gulf Coast presents its Third Annual Tradeshow on August 1, 2025. We are hosting our Trade Show Reboot this year at the Alabama School of Math & Science in the heart of Mobile to congregate everyone related to the Fire Protection industry for the purposes of:

  • Growing our collective understanding of current products, codes, technologies, and the science of fire protection
  • Building relationships between our peers in our respective careers as well as other professionals in our parallel industries of Engineers, Contractors, Manufactures, First Responders, Vendors, Code Compliance Officers, and the next generation of our work force - students.
  • Providing the opportunity for each of us to introducing ourselves or increase our exposure to potential Buyers, Employers, Clients, etc.

This year we have made some changes which we hope will improve the value to our sponsors and the attendants. The schedule allows for a full hour for the speakers and their presentation, plus 15-minute breaks between presentations, a full hour lunch break for attendants to visit with booths without missing a presentation period, an "outdoor lab" where the MFRD to display their latst gear, and you to show off your latest mobile training lab/trailer, etc.

For all vendors and presenters we will be meeting the afternoon before (July 31) and a social hour after the last presentation which ends at much earlier this year at 2:45 pm, allowing attendees to socialize and network at the booths. Despite the shorter day and free times, the attendents have more than twice as many presentations to choose from with three concurrent presentations set for each period. This is sure to be a banner year for the Central Gulf Coast Chapter of the SFPE! 

Vendor Display:

10' x 10' spots are available in the Main Gymnasium for vendors to set up their showcase for the trade show. Each space is $500 sponsorship. To enhance the value for our sponsors lunch will be held adjacent to the spaces in the gym and an extended lunch will allow for all attendees to walk through the trade show. 

Register now as a "Vendor Display" to ensure your place. Payment is required on registration; booths are first-come, first-served.

Equipment Show & Outdoor Lab:

The "West Campus" parking lot with its expansive grass and gravel parking area is available for our vendors and local fire departments to bring their best equipment and trailers to show off. We will be hosting an "Equipment Show" following lunch during which time attendees will be encouraged to watch demonstrations of the equipment. A special 2 hour session is dedicated to those that would like to provide training in the "Outdoor Lab". 

Presentation Sponsor:

The Annual Tradeshow reboot has limited presentation spots available for sponsors who would like to provide our attendants with the a 1-hour Commercial Presentation. The sponsorships for a Presentation is $750. The presentation may promote the value of a product, service, etc. but is still encouraged to be qualified for continuing education. Sponsored Commercial Presentation are exempt from the CGC Non-Commercialism policy.

Presentations will be in either the Main Auditorium, the Media Training Room, or the Board Room. Presentation times and locations will be assigned prior to the event based the attendee registrations and presentation content.

Register now as a "Presentation Sponsor" to ensure your place. Payment is required on registration. Presentations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lunch - 11:30 - 12:30

Lunch will be provided, compliments of our sponsors. During the lunch hour, no presentations are scheduled and attendees are encouraged to walk through the trade show vendor displays.

Set up and Appreciation Dinner

The day before the event (July 31) the doors will be open to vendors and speakers ay 4:00 pm (tentative). Volunteers and ASMS support will be on site to coordinate with the vendors and speakers to ensure their presentations work correctly with the on site protectors, etc. Following the setup coordination the CGC SFPE will be hosting all sponsors and speakers at a local restaurant for causal welcome dinner.

Attendance to the Annual CGC-SFPE Tradeshow Reboot is free, compliments of our sponsors. This registration is only for our Display and Presentation SponsorsRegistration should open for attendees by May 30. Registration will provide attendees the ability indicate which presentations they would like to attend to better serve their interests.
