Topic? The NFPA 13 2025 Update

The newest 2025 Edition of NFPA 13 has been published; whereas the City of Mobile adopted an amendment that automatically utilizes the most current issued edition for NFPA standards referenced by IFC, the 2025 version is the currently enforced code for the City of Mobile.

You may also be aware that NFPA 13, 2025 edition has made some SIGNIFICANT changes to the design requirements for sprinkler systems.  Among them are the density/area design approaches for ordinary and extra hazard occupancies where ceiling heights exceed 30 feet and 40 feet.

Mr. Bellamy is back again to share with us his NFPA 13 expertise, this time on the 2025 edition. He will cover not only the 2025 Revisions to NFPA 13, but also the basis for the changes.

The event will likely sell out and seating is limited, so please register right away.
