The Central Gulf Coast proudly welcomes Lawrence Gillespie to speak to our SFPE chapter on Clean Agent Fire Suppression.
Lawrence will be providing an overview of Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems including: code requirements, basic design and layout, releasing panels and detection, and interface and equipment shutdown requirements.
Lawrence Gillespie is a US Navy Veteran with 19 years experience in fire and security industry with a focus new system installation. He spent ten years as a life safety inspector and a field technician before making a jump into sales in March of 2008. He worked for SimplexGrinnell for 13 years and in March of 2008 he left for a career growth opportunity at Siemens Industry in Pensacola, Florida. He was hired to build a fire and security business from scratch and in 5 years with the help of his colleagues the business has grown to over $5 million a year. In 2013 he had a record year in sales within Siemens and he was the #1 ranked fire and security account manager at Siemens Industry.
Lawrence has extensive experience in several vertical markets including: Federal, Higher Education, K-12 Education, Heavy Industrial, and Corrections
Lawrence is married to his wife of 22 years and he has a 2 year old daughter name Lacey.
